At Silk & Shine, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, please review our return and exchange guidelines below:

• Return Window: Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Exceptions: Due to the nature of our premium ghee and certain accessories, these items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
• Process: To initiate a return, please use our Help with Order page to submit your order reference and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions and a return authorisation.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability. Please mention the desired item in your return request.
